1. How to Request a Replacement (Defects/Damage)
In the rare event of shipping damage or a factory defect, we make it right immediately.

We Cover Shipping: We will provide a return address (Hong Kong hub) and cover the shipping cost. - 3.

2. “Changed Your Mind” Returns
If the watch is perfect but you simply decide it’s not for you, we accept returns.
