Holiday & Work Schedule

Status: Upcoming Holiday / Limited Operations

To celebrate the traditional Chinese New Year (Spring Festival) with our families, our team will be observing a scheduled holiday break. Please carefully review the following timeline to plan your orders:

Orders & Shipping Timeline:

  • January 10, 2026: Last day to place new orders.
    (Note: From Jan 10 to Feb 10, our team will focus exclusively on fulfilling and shipping existing orders placed before the cutoff.)
  • February 10, 2026: Shipping Paused. Warehouse operations will close completely.
  • March 4, 2026: Normal Operations Resume. We will start accepting new orders and resume shipping.

Customer Support Schedule:

Regular customer service will pause on February 10th. However, we will have limited staff available specifically for urgent after-sales support on the following dates:

  • February 14
  • February 21
  • February 25
  • March 1

Full team and regular support hours will return on March 4, 2026.

Due to the global surge in parcels during Black Friday and the upcoming Christmas season, international shipping carriers and customs facilities are currently experiencing significant backlogs.

What you need to know:

  • Potential Delays: Transit times may be longer than usual due to these external factors (force majeure).
  • Reshipping: In rare cases, packages may be returned by logistics hubs due to volume overload. If this happens, we will immediately generate a new tracking number and reship your order to ensure delivery.

Our Guarantee Remains Unchanged:
Despite the congestion, we continue to prioritize your orders using premium shipping channels. We guarantee a Door-to-Door delivery service with NO customs or duty issues.

We are on it:
Our logistics team is monitoring every shipment and submitting “push tickets” to carriers to expedite movement daily.
